NRP Group Opens 200-Unit One Webb Ave Community in Harrison New York

The NRP Group and RPW Group announced the completion and opening of One Webb Ave, a 200-unit multifamily community in Harrison, New York. The development was commemorated with a grand opening celebration on September 30 that included Harrison Mayor Tom Scappaticci and representatives from Westchester County.

Located on a 10-acre site at 1 Webb Avenue, the 5-story building offers a mix of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences. The unit mix includes 30 studios, 75 1-bedroom residences, 11 1-bedroom residences with dens and 84 2-bedroom residences. According to the announcement, 5% of the homes are reserved for residents earning 80% of the area median income.

"Harrison is a community where residents don't have to choose between convenience and quality of life, and One Webb Ave was designed with that same philosophy," said Jonathan Gertman, Senior Vice President of Development at The NRP Group. "We're proud to offer residents a modern, amenity-rich home surrounded by 5 acres of open space, while keeping them close to the jobs, transportation and experiences that make Westchester such a desirable place to live."

The property includes 5 acres of preserved open space featuring an outdoor walking trail system open to the public, a dog park and a community garden operated by Our New Way Garden. Two landscaped courtyards include grilling and lounge areas, a heated pool and fire pits.

The community provides access to major highways including I-287, I-95 and the Hutchinson Parkway. Residents will have access to a shuttle service to the Rye Metro-North station for regional connectivity and access to New York City.

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, One Webb Avenue is LEED Silver certified. Interior amenities include a fitness center, indoor lounge, shared workspace with individual work pods, indoor dining room, commuter coffee lounge and children's playroom. Residences feature contemporary finishes, in-unit laundry and smart locks.

The NRP Group has developed more than 68,000 apartment homes nationwide and currently manages over 33,000 residential units across the United States.
