ECI Group Unveils $101M Averly East Village, Elevating Roswell's Luxury Living Landscape

The multifamily apartment industry is consistently evolving and expanding, particularly in high-growth regions. One such example is the recent grand opening of the Averly East Village, marking a significant milestone in luxury apartment living. This $101 million development by ECI Group (ECI) and Phoenix Capital exemplifies the synthesis of community redevelopment and upscale living in Roswell, an area north of Atlanta revered for its growth trajectory.

With the aspirations to revitalize the East Roswell community, the grand opening of Averly East Village not only introduces opulent living spaces but also enriches the local economy. ECI Development Vice President, Stephen Stover, reinforced the significance of this multifamily project, emphasizing both the inclusive and luxury aspects of the development. He stated, "The Averly East Village, our first Averly-branded luxury apartment development to deliver, has reinvigorated the East Village center that now features Five Guys, Zama Mexican Cuisine, Panda Express, amongst others. The strong response from residents has validated our decision to build a heavily amenitized community with top-of-market apartment finishes. We also appreciate the cooperation and assistance from our neighbors, capital partners, and the project team to bring this community to life."

The lavish opening celebration reflected the essence of the new development, highlighting the brand colors through a 'Blue Retro' themed party that boasted an aesthetic display featuring a real peacock and color-themed cocktails, bringing a touch of festivity and an illustrative sense of community spirit.

In terms of features, the Averly East Village is composed of 335 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, nestled within the East Village mixed-use development. The designers have meticulously curated resort-quality landscaping and premium interior finishes to match the high standards expected from modern, luxury living spaces.

The advent of such a development is a concrete testament to the multifamily industry's commitment to not only meeting but exceeding the ever-evolving standards of the market. It epitomizes how synergy among developers, economic associates, and community stakeholders can result in a project that is a boon to both residents and local businesses. As a beacon of urban progress and sophisticated living, Averly East Village stands out as a model of how multifamily developments are not mere housing projects but catalysts for communal transformation and economic revival.
